• To assist with any short-term or interim costs related to maintaining her home and any other immediate financial obligations that may or may not be met through her insurance coverage;
  
  
• To help cover any additional health and rehabilitation expenses that may not be covered through her employment or accident insurance benefits, now and in the future;

• To build a financial cushion for Cindy and to bridge any gap between her long-term disability benefits and the actual date she can recommence gainful employment;
  
• To help secure or renovate appropriate living arrangements beyond what any insurance coverage may or may not provide

• To assist with the financial aspect of the children’s social and educational needs.
  
• The Trust Fund is administered by three trustees. To ensure accountability, all three trustee signatures are required on any withdrawal or disposition of funds. The Trustees have requested confidentiality to avoid any inappropriate solicitation.
